あけましておめでとうございます。

2019年は、当社がコア技術と位置付け、推進するブロックチェーンを取り巻く環境が激変し、特に暗号資産（仮想通貨）の領域においては、良い意味で、国際的な規制が議論される一年となりました。
インターネットの黎明期に例えると、ブロックチェーンも、ようやくWindows95誕生前夜程度には、その技術的可能性が注目を集めるようになったかと感じます。

ブロックチェーンの特長である、ネットワークそのものが価値の担保となり、その価値が世界中に届けられ、そして地球上の誰もがネットワークの起案者になれるという革命的インパクトは、社会にはまだまだ理解されておらず、たびたび世の中を騒がせたハッキングや詐欺・詐術的事案などにより、ブロックチェーン技術のネガティブな側面が報道されることもありました。

FinTechの領域においては、こうした、どこか不安の残るブロックチェーンより、信頼のある大企業が発行する決済システムの方が信用されると評価され、暗号資産市場は逆風にさらされる一方、ソーシャルネットワーク上で使える電子マネー、店舗で使える電子マネーが市場を席巻する一年ともなりました。

それでも2019年は、当社子会社のLastRootsが仮想通貨交換業の認可を頂き、世界最大規模の企業と暗号資産に特化したAMLソリューションの開発に邁進しつつ、アジア圏にパワフルなアクセスを有する企業との業務受託契約締結も実現しました。

当社の志す“感謝経済”エコシステムの実現に向けて、確かな一手を紡ぐことができたと、胸を張って言えます。これも一重に、日頃弊社メディア、サービスをご利用いただいている個人様、企業様、パートナー様のおかげと、心から感謝を申し上げます。

物々交換、金貨、兌換紙幣、そしてエネルギー（原油）を本源価値とした不換紙幣の時代を経て、人類はいよいよ未曾有の領域に足を踏み入れます。そこは、あらゆる物質的・精神的存在に価値が認められ、その価値は関与するネットワークの質量で担保され、その価値そのものを世界中の人に届けることができ、全ての記録が半永久的に刻まれる社会です。その基軸通貨、次世代トークンの本源価値は、“感謝”です。感謝が文化を育み、文化が歴史を彩り、歴史が国家のアイデンティティとして、人類の記録に刻まれます。

2020年は、この一年しっかりと蓄えたエネルギーとコネクションを丁寧に融合し、次世代資本主義を代表する会社として、“感謝”が紡ぐ社会資本の貢献をテーマに更なる革新的サービスを展開して参ります。

Dear all,

A happy New Year.

In 2019, the environment surrounding the blockchain changed dramatically, especially in the case of cryptocurrencies (assets), it has been a year in which international regulations have been discussed with various patterns in a good way.

Compared with the beginning of the Internet, blockchains are finally about to be on the eve of Windows95, players related with tech came to be aware of its technical potential and it has attracted attention to certain sector/market of the world.

But still, those, the network itself is the guarantee of value, and that value is delivered worldwide, and the revolutionary impact that anyone on the planet can be the creator of the network, are not yet understood fully by society. As such, hacking, fraud and fraudulent cases, those negative aspects of blockchain technology were sometimes reported.

In Fintech’s domain, rather than blockchains that are somewhat confusing, payment systems issued by reputable large companies are valued as more reliable, and the cryptocurrency (asset) market is exposed to headwinds.E-money that can be used on social networks and e-money that can be used at stores have taken over the market.

Nevertheless, in 2019, we received the approval of the crypt currency exchange license, working with the world’s largest cyber security company for developing AML solutions specialized in cryptocurrencies, and we have also formed a business capital alliance with a company that has powerful access to the Asian region especially China. We can say, we have been able to make a solid move toward realizing the “thank you economy ecosystem” that we want so far.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to individuals, companies and partners who use our media and services on a daily basis.

Through the days of bartering, gold coins, convertible banknotes, and hard currency which intrinsic value is based on energy (crude oil), we, human beings, are finally stepping into unprecedented territory. There is value in every material and spiritual being, its value is secured by the mass of the networks involved, and that value can be delivered to all of the people around the world, a society where all transaction/communication records are carved semi-permanently. The intrinsic value of its key currency, the next generation token, is “Gratitude”. Gratitude fosters culture, culture colors history, and history is imprinted in human records as the identity of a nation.

In 2020, we will carefully merge the energy and connections we have firmly stored over the past year. As a company that represents the next generation of capitalism, we will develop further innovative services on the theme of contribution of social capital created by “thanks”.

With great hope of realizing a society where good people can be rich both physically and mentally, we truly look forward to welcoming our new era with all of you.
